At April Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only offer returns on defective equipment or non-consumable merchandise within 14 days of purchase.

For damaged goods or brewing equipment, please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage to expedite your claim.

Ensure that all non-consumable items are returned in their original, unopened packaging to remain eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Send your item back to our Copenhagen roastery using a tracked shipping service; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
